Outreach Partnerships
At Hands Hearts Hope, we believe that the greatest impact is made when communities come together. Our outreach partnerships bring together charities, churches, community organisations, volunteer groups, and local services that share a common vision of supporting people experiencing homelessness, hardship, and social isolation. By working alongside one another, we are able to combine our strengths, share resources, and ensure that those in need receive not only practical assistance, but also compassion, dignity, hope, and genuine human connection. Together, we are creating stronger, more connected communities where no one has to face hardship alone.
Pentecost Care
Every Wednesday evening, Hands Hearts Hope is proud to partner with Pentecost Care as part of their weekly community outreach program. We join Kate, Andrew, and the dedicated volunteer team, taking along freshly prepared meals and additional food supplies to help support people experiencing homelessness and hardship. This partnership is about more than providing a meal—it is about working together to create a welcoming space where people are treated with kindness, dignity, compassion, and respect. We are grateful to stand alongside Pentecost Care each week, combining our efforts to ensure that those doing it tough know they are seen, valued, and supported by a community that genuinely cares.
Feed Melbourne Mission
Hands Hearts Hope is honoured to partner with Feed Melbourne Mission in providing regular street outreach across Melbourne's CBD each weekend. Together with Raj, Shiv, and their dedicated volunteer team, we combine our resources to ensure people experiencing homelessness receive not only a nourishing meal but also warmth, comfort, and genuine connection. Feed Melbourne Mission generously provides the meals and drinks, while Hands Hearts Hope brings fresh coffee, snacks, clothing, sleeping bags, and other essential items needed on the streets. Side by side, our volunteers walk the city together, taking the time to listen, build relationships, and remind those we meet that they are valued, respected, and never forgotten. We are incredibly grateful for this partnership and the opportunity to work together in bringing hope, compassion, and practical support to our community.
St John's Anglican Church, Footscray
Every Friday afternoon, Hands Hearts Hope is proud to partner with Father Nigel and the wonderful team at St John's Anglican Church, Footscray, for their weekly community outreach barbecue. Together with several other community organisations, we come alongside one another to provide a welcoming space where people can enjoy a hot meal, access practical support, and experience genuine care and connection. While the St John's team prepares and serves the barbecue, Hands Hearts Hope contributes a selection of sweet treats, cream buns, doughnuts, cold drinks, and other refreshments to share with the community. This partnership is a wonderful example of what can be achieved when organisations work together with a shared purpose—ensuring that every person who comes along is welcomed with dignity, compassion, friendship, and hope.
