We are incredibly proud and grateful to have the ongoing support of Monash Rotary Op Shop, whose generosity has made a real difference to Hands Hearts Hope and the people we support.
The wonderful team at Monash Rotary Op Shop regularly assists us with good-quality clothing and other practical items for our street outreach, helping us ensure that when someone needs something warm, clean or essential, we have it available to give.
Their support has extended even further, with an incredibly generous $1,000 contribution towards our homeless outreach van — an investment not just in a vehicle, but in our ability to take food, clothing, blankets, essential supplies and support directly to people experiencing homelessness across Melbourne.

Vermont South Pharmacy & Rosa
We are incredibly grateful to John, Tim, Rosa and the wonderful team at Vermont South Pharmacy for their generous and ongoing support of Hands Hearts Hope. From beanies, scarves and warm socks to toothbrushes, toothpaste and other everyday essentials, their donations help us provide practical care and comfort to people experiencing homelessness. The team also raises funds to purchase food and supplies for our street outreaches, helping us head out each week with more to give. A very special thank you to Rosa, whose kindness and personal commitment to Hands Hearts Hope is extraordinary. She is always thinking about what we might need next, collecting donations and finding ways to help. Amaroo Neighbourhood Centre
We are incredibly grateful for the ongoing support of Amaroo Neighbourhood Centre, who help us ensure that people experiencing homelessness have access to good-quality clothing and other essentials when they need them most.
Amaroo regularly supports our street outreach with much-needed items including track pants, hoodies, T-shirts, jackets, sleeping bags and other practical supplies they know will make a difference to the people we meet on the streets.
Partnerships like this mean so much to Hands Hearts Hope. Having access to warm, clean and practical clothing allows our volunteers to respond immediately when someone tells us they are cold, their clothing is wet, or they simply don't have enough to keep warm.

Cedar Hospitality
We are incredibly proud and grateful to have Toni and the wonderful team at Cedar Hospitality standing alongside Hands Hearts Hope as one of our valued community partners.
Cedar Hospitality generously helps take care of so many of our hospitality needs, providing the practical supplies and equipment that enable our volunteers to serve people experiencing homelessness with care and dignity.
From coffee cups and takeaway food containers to large food-storage containers and other hospitality supplies, their support helps keep our outreach running week after week. Their generosity has also extended to larger equipment, including our large soup urns, which allow us to prepare and transport warm, nourishing soup to people on the streets during Melbourne's cold nights.
These may sound like practical things, but to us they represent so much more. A cup allows us to hand someone a hot coffee. A container allows us to safely carry and serve a meal. A soup urn allows us to bring something warm and homemade out onto the streets. Every piece of equipment Cedar provides becomes part of the work we do.
For a volunteer-run charity operating multiple outreaches each week, having a hospitality partner like Cedar behind us is incredibly valuable and allows us to direct more of our limited resources towards the people who need them.

Tasman Check Point Auto Body
Tasman Check Point Auto Body has become the panel beater and auto body repairer of choice for Hands Hearts Hope.
Sam, Omar and their amazing team look after our outreach van and vehicles, ensuring that when damage occurs, we can get repaired and safely back on the road as quickly as possible.
Their service is fast, efficient and professional, but it is their genuine kindness, generosity and willingness to support the work we do that makes them so special to us.
We are incredibly grateful to have Sam, Omar and the Tasman Check Point Auto Body team in our corner, helping us keep our vehicles on the road so we can continue being there for our community.

Vanscope Fitouts
VanScope has played an incredibly important role in bringing our new outreach van, Hope, to life.
Tim and Michael from VanScope generously donated almost $10,000 worth of custom cabinetry and installation, creating a practical and purpose-built interior that allows us to carry, organise and distribute the many supplies we take out on outreach, installed our temporary power supply for us along with purchasing us a fridge
The cabinetry was expertly built and installed by Lucas and William, whose workmanship and attention to detail have helped transform Hope into a functional mobile outreach space designed around the work we do.
And no mention of the VanScope workshop would be complete without Jak, the resident four-legged supervisor, who keeps a close eye on proceedings and is particularly enthusiastic whenever treats are involved!
Beyond their generous contribution to Hope, Tim, Michael and the VanScope team have continued to support Hands Hearts Hope and the work we do within the community.
