Each week, our team of dedicated volunteers walks the streets, visiting parks, laneways, and other places where people are sleeping rough.

We provide food, blankets, clothing, hygiene packs, and warm drinks — but just as importantly, we offer kindness, conversation, and genuine human connection.

Many of the people we meet have fallen through the cracks of the system, and for them, a friendly face and consistent support can make all the difference.

Through this hands-on outreach, we bring hope, dignity, and compassion directly to those who need it most
